While journaling is definitely not a new concept, I still encourage my clients to do it. Writing something down helps us mentally organize and process the thoughts in our heads. I keep a bullet journal as well, so I have just one for absolutely everything, from my daily task list to notes about a project, to doodles and things I donβt want to forget.

The next time you feel stumped about something, why not try processing it through writing? Go to your journal (or whatever/paper/notebook/phone notes) and answer these questions:
- What is the issue?
- What feelings to do feel about the issue?
- What do I have in my capacity (skills, knowledge, etc.) that I can use to solve the problem?
- Who can I reach out to for help?

Try this and see if you can access some forward movement versus letting the thoughts swirl around and stir up your emotions. And of course, if you are inclined, pray for guidance.
